I like to eat and be out, but juicing kind of ties me to the house. I've been juicing for two meals a day and eating one meal. Mostly I eat dinner at home so I can eat with the family.
So far the results are a loss in waist size which is nice. My shorts fit better and my gi ( jiu jitsu ) fits better.
The biggest result is I have not taken any pain meds for 15 days. That is amazing to me, because I was taking about 1600mg of Advil a day due to pain. The pain came from jiu jitsu training and from headaches neither of which I have had.
The down side, other than being tied to the house is the repetitiveness. I'm bored with the juices. Tomorrow and Saturday I'm going to try a couple new recipes for my breakfast juice.
